HA failover taking place even if 2 out of 4 interfaces (or 1 out of 2 interfaces) are UP in LA

Look for the throughput configuration.

In this case throughput was set to 30000.

This LA has four 10G interfaces bound to it. Since the throughput is set to 30000, at any point 3 interfaces should remain up for the HA to not failover
