Known Issue: Citrix Studio takes 5~10 minutes to refresh data if one of DDC is stopped.

Issue Description

In multiple DDC environment, it may take 5-10 minutes to refresh data in Citrix Studio if one of DDC is stopped.

Problem Cause

The root cause is that the studio still keeps trying to get DDC information when one DDC is off or broken.

Solution

There is no solution at this time.
