Podio: Change a default program used to make a calls from the “Phone” field

Default protocol handlers are specified by operating system and differ by manufacturer

In Windows OS – Settings > Default Programs > scroll to bottom and “Choose program by protocol” or similar

In Mac, the “Get More Info” selection will allow to select default program types

Also, to choose FaceTime, click on “Settings” and make the program the default
