Send a RightSignature Template

1) To send a copy of a Template, first click Start Document and select Send for Signature.

2) Next, click Use a Template, then click Add to select the Template you wish to send.

3) Next, click Prepare Document. In the Assign Roles section, designate the name and email address of each signer. Click Next.

Note: Click the ‘X’ to remove rows for signers that are not needed.

4) If the Template includes Merge Fields, you will be prompted to fill out the Merge Fields. Once finished, click Next: Review.

5) Finally, you can add or edit a customized Subject and Message, add CC parties, modify when the document Expires, and add a document Passcode.

6) Click Send Document when done.
