ShareFile account creation – getting started

Setting up your ShareFile account

The following provides the steps necessary to complete the creation of your ShareFile account once you receive the confirmation email after speaking to your account representative.

  1. After receiving the email confirming your account, select Set up your account in the message.
  2. On the Welcome to ShareFile! page, complete the following items:

  1. Select Create account.
  2. Complete the personal information screen, then select Continue.

  1. Create your password utilizing the requirements listed then select Save and Sign In to access your ShareFile dashboard.. For more information on ShareFile account passwords, see Security.
