Unable to send message to all users once desktop gets launched

The only way currently to send messages to users are below:

Manually sending message to each user session from Studio Console.

Sending message via Director – https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/director/troubleshoot-deployments/user-issues/send-messages.html

Using MS policy for warning message – See Microsoft documentation on how to achieve this.

Finally, it may be possible to create some script like below to send out messages, however, Citrix technical support to not assist with any issues with custom scripts.
