This Error event indicates that the Microsoft Exchange IMAP4 (MSExchangeIMAP4) service skipped a message because Microsoft® Exchange Server 2007 was unable to convert the message from MAPI to MIME format. When this error occurs, users who access their e-mail by using an IMAP4 client cannot retrieve the specified message.

To resolve the error, follow one or more of these steps:

• Notify the affected user to retrieve the message by using Microsoft Office Outlook® Web Access or by using a MAPI client such as Microsoft Outlook.

• If the problem persists, contact Microsoft Product Support services. For contact information, visit the Microsoft Help and Support Web site.
