User Action

To resolve this event, do the following:

  1. Perform an offline defragmentation of the database. To perform an offline defragmentation of the database, stop the directory service and run the Eseutil.exe utility with the /d switch. For more information about how to use this command, use the /? switch.

  2. After the offline defragmentation of the database is completed, restart the directory service.
