Exchange ActiveSync detected that the registry value for the up-to-date notifications minimum heartbeat interval is set too low. This configuration is not valid. The minimum heartbeat interval must be set to a value lower than for the maximum heartbeat interval. Exchange ActiveSync reverted back to the default values for minimum heartbeat interval and maximum heartbeat interval until a valid configuration is set. The default minimum heartbeat interval is 60 seconds. The default maximum heartbeat interval is 2,700 seconds (45 minutes).
