|Message:||The domain ‘name’ cannot be created in the metabase because it exceeds the maximum length for key name (255 characters).|
|The Metabase Update Agent is trying to update the metabase with a new SMTP domain name. However, the name selected is longer than the maximum length allowed. This domain name was entered at one of the following locations:
1. On the General tab of the Properties dialog box for the SMTP connector, in the field below “Forward all mail through this connector to the following smart host”.
2. On the Address Space tab of the Properties dialog box for the SMTP connector, in the “Create, modify, or remove an address space” list box.
3. On the Advanced tab of the Properties dialog box for the SMTP connector, in the field below “Request ETRN/TURN from different server”.
4. On the E-Mail Addresses tab of the Properties dialog box of the Recipient Policy, the SMTP address type entry.
|Domain names should not exceed the 255 character limit. Correct the domain in the object that contains these domains, such as recipient policies and SMTP connectors. Enter a shorter name for the domain.|
