To resolve this error, note the MAPI property that caused the failure, for example, PR_REPORT_DESTINATION_ENTRYID or PR_RESPONSIBILITY. Determine how the property was generated. Then search the Microsoft Knowledge Base for the MAPI property that caused the failure. If the problem persists, contact Microsoft Customer Support Services.
