User Action

Use the ping utility to check the network connection between the two servers. If you cannot ping one of the servers, a network connection problem occurred. Contact your network administrator to verify that the network is working properly. If you can ping both servers, try stopping and restarting DNS on the server that aborted the transfer. Also, you can force a datafile update on the server that aborted the transfer by clicking DNS in the menu bar, and clicking Update Server Data Files. The zone transfer should initiate again when the retry interval expires on the secondary server. If you continue to receive this message, verify that the changes made to the database records on the primary server have been entered correctly.
