In this case you need to do the correct FTU(First Time Use) process for Managed Browser by following the next steps:
1. Go to Secure Mail Policies and set the following:
Allow app to transfer data to other apps > Policy Managed apps
2. Go to Secure Mail Policies and set the following:
Restrict web content to display in the Managed Browser > YES
3. Go to Secure Mail and click on a link, this will open the managed browser and from now on it will be used as is on all devices.

There is a specific issue with the Facebook in-app browser intermittently making requests to websites without cookies that had previously been set. This can be done through the following steps:
- Open the settings menu by clicking the hamburger menu in the top right
- Choose “App Settings” from the menu
- Turn on the option “Links Open Externally” (This will use the device’s default browser)

- Open the Internet Browser
- Click Tools> Internet Options>Privacy>Advanced
- Check Override automatic cookie handling
- For First-party Cookies and Third-party Cookies click Accept
- Click OK and OK

- Open the Firefox browser
- Click Tools>Options>Privacy<Use custom settings for history
- Check Accept cookies from sites
- Check Accept third party cookies
- Select Keep until: they expire
