No multi-threading when adding user cuts in callback function

Hello,

I am implementing a branch-and-cut framework in Julia and I noticed that cplex disables multi-threading when user cuts are added. As a consequence, I am now solving my algorithm with a single thread and this takes up a lot of time.

I was wondering if you knew any way to set cplex back to multi-threading? I tried to set CPX_PARAM_THREADS to be equal to the number of cores in my CPU but it doesn’t seem to be working…

Thanks!
Best,
Claudia
