Black removal request – 74.208.236.122

I do not need a solution (just sharing information)

Hi Team,

We found out that one of our server IP addresses is on your list.

We had an issue with one client from last month (SMTP error from remote server for RCPT TO command, host: cluster8.us.messagelabs.com (67.219.250.101) reason: 553-Sorry, your email address has been blacklisted), we have checked the entire server and found no issues, also we check all of our IP against some of the most popular blacklists checkers and we aren’t listed on any (over 100 lists checked) but yours.

Please could you please delist our IP address: 74.208.236.122 we have a lot of clients complaining about emails not being delivered properly.

Regards

Gajendra

IPs with bad reputation – Delisting request

I need a solution

We are an e-mail provider. Last July 15th, we acquired 8 IP addresses (5.196.181.216/29) from OVH (ovh.com), and all of them have negative reputation with Symantec:

https://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/

Only one of these addresses is currently in use (5.196.181.217), and we plan to use all other addresses in a short while. Any bad reputation may exist on such IP is not caused by our services, by us, or simply be intentional.

.127 is our email server which is secured and uncompromised.

We have filed a delisting request several times in the last few days, to no avail.

This is causing disruptions and frustration to our customers.

We need help to get all our IPs (5.196.181.216/29) delisted from all Symantec Mail Security Reputation systems.

Thank you.

I need a help with delisting

I need a solution

Hello,

I have a question concerning delisting from the Symantec Block List. I have checked the IP range 185.100.231.0/24 and it seems that all of the addresses are listed by your service. All the IPs from this range are dedicated and used only to send transactional messages.

Our user received the fallowing respond:

host mailin.samsung.com[203.254.224.12] refused to talk to me: 554 5.7.1 You are not allowed to connect.
2019-08-31 10:59:31

I would like to know why the entire IP range 185.100.231.0/24 is listed on your block list and ask if you could delist it, because your form https://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/ipr/lookup does not have an option to delist more than one IP.

Thank you in advance.

Please remove my mail server IP address from your blacklist

I need a solution

Hello,

I am the administrator of the mail server of the www.ah1z.com domain name, which is a family used mail server.

I saw on your https://ipremoval.sms.symantec.com/ipr/lookup tool that my mail server IP 195.154.53.137 was flagged with a negative reputation.

As a result and since Microsoft servers are using your products for their mail servers, I can’t send any mail to Microsoft mail accounts from my mail server anymore.

I’ve tried to contact your company and Microsoft by the designed contact forms but I got no answers 2 times in a row.

I manage my mail server properly so I’m 100% sure that it’s not infected or used to send spam. I’ve been using it over 3 years without any problem. Moreover my server IP address is not blacklisted anywhere else on any other blacklist on internet.

Could you then please remove my mail server IP address from your blocklist so I can send mail to my family members please?

Thanks in advance for your help and have a nice day.

Best regards,

Kevin.
