Increase in Emotet Spam Observed, Blocked by Symantec

Hi,
I have strange behviour it might be caused by misconfiguration of Symantec Messaging Gateway.
Whenever the users send emails to the outside (external) recipients, the receipients are reporting that all the emails coming from my organization email are treated as spam emails.
What could be the the issue with SMG? what are the configuration needed to be changed to solve the issue?

i would like open case to Symantec Support but when i have enter serial number of device it show result no records found !!
but i have send email to customer care it have email send back this way to contact it closed.

I have trouble with multiple spam attacks who has attached archive files like ace, gz and many more.
Please tell me if have any way to create rule or somthing else to stop all messages with archives different by zip or 7zip
1. Stop all archives exclude Zip and 7zip
2. Return message to sender to send atachments in zip or 7zip

Dear Sirs,
Our company is currently unable to send any emails to hotmail or outlook. We do not send spam or mass emails.
Please note we have two Internets in case of bad service on either one, our IP’s are:
2.99.53.134
86.13.11.79
Both of these IP’s are currently blocked.
We are virus free, we do not send spam.
Please can you solve this asap as we are unable to operate with our email blocked.
