When adding a new client user, an administrator may be met with an error message that states the following:

“The user has to be created as an employee.”

If this is the case, the email domain entered into the email address field (e.x. @gmail.com, @citrix.com) is flagged as an employee domain under Strict Employee Licensing. To verify this, check the Advanced Options menu for that account in Intranet. The Strict Employee Licensing feature will be enabled, and that domain should appear in the text field underneath it.

Hi,

I have customer with Endpoint Prevent detection is used only for confidential files, the question is, how to configure the policy to prevent the user from uploading these confidential document to be uploaded to gmail attachment or facebook, or any other public file hosting in the internet?

I need a solution

Hello, 

I would like to solve a negative reputation issue with my two IP addresses 51.38.231.176 and 51.38.231.92. 
The IP removal submission does not seems to work and returns always the same:
“The host has been observed sending spam in a format that is similar to snow shoe spamming techniques.”
“The host is unauthorized to send email directly to email servers.”

Could you please help me with that?

This issue seems rather new because Hotmail accepted my emails until somewhere between the 29th (last email accepted) and the 31st of may (first email rejected), and now it always rejects them.
I supposed their rejection is based on your blacklist because all other blacklists do not contain my addresses (according to mxtoolbox and similar tools). 
Other email providers like Gmail still accept my emails, Hotmail is the only one I noticed with this blocking so far.

I checked my server logs and found nothing unusual (my smtp server is Postfix, which is the only way out for outgoing emails)
The configuration of my domain names is also operating correctly (DKIM, RDNS etc.)
I also reviewed the changes on all sensitive files and directories from last month (web application folders, home folder, /usr /bin / lib /root etc. – I keep an automatic log), and found nothing suspicious
Security has always be an important concern for me, and my two servers are kept very simple and very locked.
One of my client sends monthly newsletters about his business, but it has a unsubscribe option, and his user base is built in total compliance with GDPR rules.

My two servers are virtual private servers rented at OVH’s and I have these addresses only from early January (it already happened in the past that an IP address of mine was reported on an australian blacklist because it was unfortunately in a bad IP range at OVH)
