I have to make a DLP assessment for one of our customers “DLP 15.5 MP1”. The Assessment should evaluate several aspects like performance, configurations, policies and so on.
Are there any certain procedures to follow or any checklist to use ?
If someone have any ideas or resources that can help, please share it.

Is it possible to put an external drive as an exception in DLP parsing? I have a reliable external drive in which I would like DLP not to scan files moved to it. The reason would be performance gain.

Does renaming a DLP policy delete historical events for that policy? or will the system just adjust the policy name that it has the events listed under?

Outlook application getting crashed 9 out of 10 times when Seclore Plugin has been enabled. File Seclore team has confirmed that to check with the relevant team if Seclore has been added to the exception list in the DLP agent. So please help me out so i can add an exception policy in DLP.
