Admin Console Error Page Exception , Can’t login anymore.

At WAS 8.5.x we can’t get to the adminconsole.

We see the following:

Why do I get the error “CWWBF0135E: Starting the process application ‘APP_NAME’ failed due to pending process template updates” when I try to deploy advanced application?

When I attempt to deploy my application with advanced content, I see the following errors:
