If you are facing any problems with ShareConnect, you can now report it from the web app or your mobile apps.
Report a problem from the web
To report a problem from the web app, you must:
1. Log in to your ShareConnect account.
2. Under your user name, click the Report a Problem menu option.
3. Select a category and enter a description of your problem.
- Note: Logs from your remote computer will be automatically included with your issue.
4. Click Submit.
Report a problem from the iOS app
To report a problem from your iOS app, you must:
1. Tap on the Settings icon, and choose the Report a Problem menu option.
2. Enter a description of your problem. You can also upload a photo that describes your issue by tapping the icon.
3. Tap Send.
Report a problem from the Android app
To report a problem from you Android app, you must:
1.On the Settings screen, choose the Report a Problem menu option.
2. Enter a description of your problem. You can also upload a photo that best describes your issue by tapping the icon.
3. Tap Send.
