Authentication via VS Code
Hey all,
i’m new to symantec DLP and i’m trying now to write JAVA code which will allow me to access to my Symantec DLP account. By following the steps in “Symantec™ Data Loss Prevention Incident Reporting and Update API Developers Guide” i knew that the user must have some privilege and have a specific jar in my JAVA code which contains specifics methods. This jar will allow java code to communicate with DLP Plateforme. Unfortunately during the execution of my code, this shows me the following error. Can anyone help me to solve this error ?
Best regards.
Non unique body parts! In a port, as per BP 1.1 R2710 operations must have unique operation signature on the wire for successful dispatch. Methods [listCustomAttributes, listIncidentStatus] have the same request body block . Method dispatching may fail, runtime will try to dispatch using SOAPAction. Another option is to enable AddressingFeature to enabled runtime to uniquely identify WSDL operation using wsa:Action header.

How to start Full Scan Using PowerShell.
Hi Team,
I want to know how can i start “Full Scan” using PowerShell Scripting. I performed the below scripting but its starting “Active Scan” which i can view in SEP Scan Logs, but i need to start “Full Scan”.
$arg1 = ‘/c’
$arg2 = ‘/ScanAllDrives’
$logFile = ‘/LOGFILE=”C:Usersdebojyoti.pAppDataLocalSymantecSymantec Endpoint ProtectionLogstest.log”‘
Start-Job -ScriptBlock {& “C:Program Files (x86)SymantecSymantec Endpoint Protection14.0.3897.1101.105BinDoScan.exe” $Args[0] $Args[1] $Args[2]} -ArgumentList $arg1, $arg2, $logFile}
I checked in command line where-in the switched are present only for “Active Scan”.
Kindly help me to get the solution.
Thanks & Regards,
Debojyoti Paul.

Data Protection rules, Keyword Lists & wildcards
Curious as to what the official stance is on wildcards in keyword lists in Data Protection rules. Inside a keyword list, it clearly states “You can use the asterisk “*” as a wildcard character in a list. The asterisk “*” wildcard can represent any number of characters. “, but when attempting to use a keyword list and something like “*@umin.ac.jp”, the rule fails. Opening up a ticket with Symantec eventually lead to it’s “not recommended” to use wildcards in keyword lists, even though it clearly states I can. I feel like I’m getting the run around from support on this because no one wants to acknowledge this is some kind of issue/bug. Anyone else have any experince with this?

Re: Need multiple “Does Not Contain” (-) keyword terms in a single search
I previously posted this in the wrong forum (I will delete my first post).
I have been stumped for a few weeks on this – how to specify more than one keyword to EXCLUDE in a search.
For example, if I want to return emails with the terms ONE or TWO or THREE but only if they don’t include FOUR or FIVE, what would my syntax be?
I have tried:
Keyword: One Two Three (I assume that this is okay) then I add another Keyword field:
Keyword: -Four -Five
Keyword: -Four Five
Keyword: -“Four” -“Five”
Keyword: -(Four Five)
So far, nothing seems to work. I keep seeing emails with FOUR and/or FIVE. I don’t think splitting up terms FOUR and FIVE into separate keyword fields would work since that would create and “AND” criteria.
ALSO – are there any documents that show sample “Complex” searches? The online SourceOne Discovery Manager manual is somewhat straight-forward and simple in their examples.
Thanks in advance for ANY advice.

Randomly the Citrix Studio console takes a long time to list Machine Catalogs or Delivery groups
Randomly the Citrix Studio console takes a long time to list Catalogs or Delivery group. The behavior appears if we open the Citrix Studio Console into Delivery Controller server or another server with Citrix Studio console installed. Other tabs in Studio like DG, Administrators, works fine and can open quickly.
