I need a solution
I Enrolled an Iphone. For testing I Un-enrolled the device.
I’m in the proceess to re-enroll the same device and I followed all the instructions to install it but it always fail.
I removed the Management profile after removing the SEP app.
If I get under Settings >> General sometimes I’m able to see profiles but when I click to see if I have a Profile is empty. Then Profiles disappeared from Settings. The only way to see it again is doing a restart.
Right now I’m not able to re-enroll this iphone.
I need some ideas on how to fix this problem.

The root of the problem resided with a lossy network.
When RTOP is in use, (from network trace) it was observed that 5 times of total RTP packet sent to the Media engine with extremely high loss rate.
Comparing with the native S4B client, the total RTP packet was much smaller and the loss rate was lower.
And when RTOP2.0 was used the selected coded was RT video, as opposed to in RTOP 2.1 and above H.264UC was selected. Here too it was observed lower total RTP and packets and loss rate.
Considering the lossy network, disabling H.264 UC and enable RT Video was estimated to maintain video quality that was desired.
As a result, forcing RT Video codec resulted in Lower RTP packets and Lower loss rate, and provided the required video quality.

Does anybody have some recommendations on how to install a certificate from the PGP client to an iPhone? Normally, a “signed” email is sent and accepted and installed on an iPhone. However, since the iPhone does not recognize the PGP signed email, I cannot establish a link to the contact.
