Web pages not displaying properly

I need a solution

I have a deployment with two ProxySG S500-10’s outside of the firewall. All internal users get NAT’ed. External users are not. The proxies are native to the windows domain. All internal users are authenticated.

Web pages like MSN appear to load properly but when you browse to a page with a slideshow, you only see the first slide and can’t go past that. Also, the little icons for Facebook and Twitter and such are present, but just the color. No logo. We have not had a FLASH license until recently and it has not been configured in WCCP yet. Right now WCCP only addresses port 80 and port 443. There is an outrageous amount of <Unidentified> traffic. Over 75%

I’m trying to put together a cogent plan to address these issues.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Modification of pop-up / Alerting messaging

I need a solution

Has anyone had any success in modifying the alerting message being presented to end users when the policy calls for this as part of the response rule?

There are two aspects with this request…

  1. Support for bilingual messages (in my case I need French and English) but I can see this being needed with other languages such as Spanish and English
  2. Messaging on the pop-up must comply with our internal Branding and communication policies which the default does not.

Without this functionality, we cannot proceed in the next step of the strategy of communicating to our constituents that they are about to exfiltrate information that has been deemed not to exit the organization.   Executives have mandated that this must come first before we start actually blocking.

My thoughts are this should be a simple XML file in which the content can be modified to present our specific messages.  Am I wrong?

Environment

GroupWise Messenger 18

Situation

You have restarted a server and Messenger services are not available.

Resolution

You can check status and start following Messenger services:

systemctl status/starrt/stop gwm-nmma.service

systemctl status/starrt/stop gwm-nmaa.service

systemctl status/starrt/stop gwm-mars@<run_as_user>.service

The first command starts messaging agent, second archive agent and the last one is admin service that hooks into GroupWise gwadmin console.
